Parking Pass & UTA Ed-Pass Survey, Spring 2012
Commuter Services will be conducting a survey in relation to Parking Passes & the UTA Ed-Pass programs. The Survey will run until midnight on May 4th, 2012.
It is only 11 questions and should take less than 5 minutes. Each student, staff and faculty needs to take the survey once. Each uNID that completes the survey will only be entered once into the drawing. uNID and password are required to authenticate University affiliation. This information will not be stored or used for any other purpose than identifying winners.
Three winners will be randomly selected. Winners will have the choice of either a brand new 16 GB I-Pad or a Mountain/Road Bicycle. ($500 value each)

- Begin date: Monday, April 16, 2012, 8:00 am.
- Closing date: Friday, May 4, 2012, Midnight.
- Prize drawing date: Wednesday, May 9, 2012.
- Notification of winners: May 9 or 10, 2012.
